“Having insurance with D&G is a waste of money”

My washer dryer broke so I rang the number given. They can't come out for 7 days, I explained that I was disabled and really needed my washer. There was no response other than to put me on a list if anyone cancelled. The guy even tried to sell me machine cleaner. As I told him, that is no good if you can't open the machine. I am not renewing.
