“Just stopped paying ”

This is the second time they have just stopped paying my pension then when I contacted them I was given impossible tasks to prove I was still alive.
I now live in Asia and they would only accept a European solicitors signing poof on my passport picture.
I emailed them and asked how to resolve this and they say they don’t answer emails "it’s not trusted" they say they make things as hard as possible at an age when you need it as easy as possible.
My opinion is avoid this company like the plague
