“Poor customer service”

They accepted my order then after a week I contacted then they said they cancelled it? Never emailed to let me know, on my second order I paid by card and for next delivery yet it didn't come next day wasn't refunded next day delivery or discounted with discount codes no explanation or apology still waiting for my order! Very poor customer service poor ful stop website is poor and catalogue is run poor too never again don't waste your time with these!!
