“WARNING my call-out to rescuemycar cost me £14.40!”

Yeah, sounds great on paper: buy your insurance through moneysupermarket and get FREE breakdown recovery. Unfortunately, like most things in life it ain't free. Having broken down in the pouring rain I called and waited for what like seemed forever for my call to be answered (you are now 5th in the queue). I was rescued in less that 30 minutes for which I was very grateful. And our knight in shining armour could't have been more friendly and helpful. Then I got my phone bill through... To call them out on their 0845 number cost me £12.04 + VAT. Could work out cheaper to join the AA when they offer their discount deals, usually around £15?
