I have been working with blue arrow for a few months and thank goodness it was over.Since the day I started working they have not paid me for the first few months despite following the correct procedure and calling them everyday. It was to the point that the specific person dealing with me was always away from the desk. Despite telling them I have no money to even get petrol to work and almost on the verge of crying,they took no sympathy. I then left the company and it took them further 6months to get my initial pay (yes it has been 1 year in total. BUT because they think you do not track your pay, they dont even pay you the correct amount and in fact when you call them, they blame it on accumalated tax that has been deducted??. Total stress and pain to work with them. I even think i am lucky to get paid.. after 1 year.
I am not the only one experiencing this.
