Double charged for one phone line. My 7 th night trying to get past 30 min misnamed customer service queue. Staff are clueless and still no refund after 7 hours of queuing and conversation. If I had any idea how stressful changing my phone would be I would not have bothered! Avoid this company at all cost ad they are worse than terrible!
