“Extremely poor , workmanship, poor customer relations.”

I wanted to replace a hardwood front and rear door with side windows.
These were put installed but within a few days bits were falling off draughts were evident ,door was twisted , all frames had not been sealed at all.
After numerous calls and lots of visits by specialists! they agreed to replace the replacement.Very poor customer service- always got someone different who knew nothing about my complaint- often the previous person had subsequently left the company.
From start to finish it took over 18 months to get the job completed properly.
11 days lost work to be on site for several no shows etc.
This cost many thousands of pounds and only a few hundred pounds offered in redress.
Would never recommend this company.
