“Great Support and Domain Management Platform”

I had an issue with a domain renewal which Freeparking resolved within 6 hours.

Given the negative comments on the Internet about Freeparking Support I wanted to share some really positive news about them.

The issue was that one of my domains was showing as Cancelled / Transferred out, and renewal was fast approaching - 24 hours away it seemed. I'd not been getting the usual alerts from FP, probably due to the above.

Anyway, I raised a support ticket marked Urgent. They picked this up and resolved the issue within 6 hours. I have now renewed the domain in the usual way.

I've been using Freeparking for well over 5 years. I have a dozen Domains through them. The control dashboard is not very intuitive, but once you know your way around it's OK. Their pricing is not cheap, but they seem to bundle several things in that others charge separately for.

Them solving this issue so quickly has reassurred me that their service is worth the premium.

Overall I'm happy, and not about to move away to save a few pounds.
