“There web site is one of the worst I have ever seen....”

There web site is one of the worst I have ever seen. You go through it by trial and error. Things get reset and they take you down the path which makes them money ie lock down, luggage and seating. I felt the web page was designed to trick me out of as much money as possible. I will not be travelling with them again.
