“excellent preliminary communication”

We haven't received the car yet, so this isn't a final comment. However, all the steps leading up to the rental, communication/changes in dates and details of the rental/price, have given me a very good impression. Fast and accurate response to our questions and needs, and a very fair price compared to other websites or even our travel agent's recommendations. I hope the actual rental experience is as good as this stage.
