“To get your attention on my problem with my Reno chair”

Thank you for your postcard asking for my opinion of the chairs.we ordered two chairs Reno and Tampa, delivered end July. We had to have fira about for problems on the Reno chair (fast reference 440447 12 august) loud creaking sound and headrest not staying in position. Collinwood batchellor replaced the chair. As I was just about to complain to them again I would prefer to deal direct with you. The headrest on this new chair will nt stay in position just keeps slipping down, your office when I phoned said it might be the way I sit?. Please help me sort this problem out as I love the chair.
