“Disappointed ”

After many many years shopping at Warren James both Wrexham & Chester I was utterly shocked when on this day I happened to be browsing the window for various gifts when I over heard a conversation about a recent customer and how they disliked serving them because they "took forever" deciding on what they actually wanted & how the girls in the shop made it sound like it was so much effect to go back and too to the window. Not only did this shock me but also the different names they had given their customers. I felt so uncomfortable that I left quickly & have not been back since. Very disappointed.
