This is the second time that I have used Print Cartridge Direct and I can not fault their customer service. I ordered compatible ink cartridges for an Epson photo printer and found them to be just as good as genuine Epson cartridges. They lasted well and did not dry out during periods of un-use (we are not heavy users of the printer). I received an immediate email once I had placed my order and the cartridges were delivered within days. I received another email approximately a week later to ensure I had received my items and asking if I was satisfied with their service. My answer is a resounding YES and I will definitely use them again.
