“bad customer service greedy money robbers”

i ordered some things from direct and had a five pound off vouncher if i spent 10 pounds or more the totel was 28 pounds and two of the items were not avaliable they cost three pound odds each but they wont refund me because i got five pounds off it is shocking i should be getting a full refund and be able to use the voucher on the remainng items in my order just being fly so i cant use my voucher i feel ripped off by them and they wont refund my money
