“Could be the worst insurance broker going!”

Basically I found right choice insurance on a online comparison site and they came up the cheapest so obviously i went ahead and purchased my policy online paying my deposit and agreeing to the monthly repayments as stated.

Not long after I receive a phone call from one of their agents basically wanting to confirm details which is fair enough untill they start coming out with excuses as to why my premium should be higher.

So they increase my premium by around 400 pounds and take more deposit money out my account and tell me that the monthly payments would be over 10 months at x ammount of pounds. Reluctantly i agree as i needed an insurance policy and they have already had £250 pounds which i wasnt going to get back.

A week or so later the letters start coming demanding paperwork and then the finance company send me a letter with a much higher monthly payment than agreed.

3 weeks I have been battling with their useless staff being passed from one department to another and being fob off telling me i will get a call from the manager and nothing.

In the end i managed to prove my case that they have increased my premium TWICE with no explanation and they finally agreed to give me a refund of my deposit minus 3 weeks insurance, still left me in the lurch with no insurance and now had to go buy else where.

Dont use the company if you think your getting a good deal because theres always a catch and they will charge you more than quoted im just glad im out as if i ever needed to make a claim god knows how long that would go on.
