“Money Grabbing”

A large company which doubtless has many business customers who can pass on the costs. For residential customers the attitude seems to be one of expecting you to be grateful that ADT has accepted you as a customer and that you should be willing to pay for almost anything. It is difficult to contact any one department, almost impossible via email, and probable that you will spend considerable time and money before speaking to someone who even then probably won't be able to answer your question. There is a minimum contract length of 3 years and even when that has expired ADT still expect three months notice, even though they aren't interested in removing any of their equipment. All in all ADT comes across as impersonal, inefficient, and lacking any idea of customer service.
