“Bad Press - Old news!”

I've read and heard an awful lot of bad press/reviews about Sureterm Direct in the past and to some extent I would have agreed. A few years ago (maybe 2010?) I insured my Defender through Sureterm for what I thought was a great price! As the policy went on I got a lot of hassle from Sureterm, threats to cancel for silly things and terrible customer service. Safe to say, I didn't renew.

A couple of weeks ago I was looking to insure by 4x4 again and Sureterm popped up on google - I had a look at their site and they seem to be living in the 21st century now! I called up and got a quote (I hate comparison sites) and the girl I spoke to was lovely! My documents took a while to come, but I called back a few days later and the customer service has dramatically improved from a few years ago!

This company has turned around massively since I last insured with them and I truly hope that this is the tip of the iceberg and Sureterm keeps up the good work.
