I ordered a sectional and waited a month for it to be shipped out. When received I opened all the packaging within an hour of receiving it. I found some concealed shipping damage and immediately notified furniturecart and sent pictures.
I am STILL waiting for a resolution. They offered me $300 for something that will cost me $1000 to repair.
NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!
