“Worst company ever”

We ordered plantation shutters from this company, so they should have been installed within 10 weeks. It took nearly 16 weeks.
Non existent customer service with regard to updating us about the progress of our order, we had to chase them each time as they didn't have the courtesy to contact us. Mucked around at short notice with a potential fitting date, only for them to cancel it with less than 24 hrs notice for us, so a wasted annual leave day. I requested some compensation and apparently their company doesn't offer it?
Would never ever use this company again or recommend them to anyone.
