I hhave been buying a property with Haart sutton but They were not interested in the sale as the seller had committed that he will pay them regardless the sale goes through or not. They did not even inform me that there is al ease on the property and my bank rejected the Mortgage. I would recommend anyone not to buy property through them as their customer service is terrible and they are not bother once the offer gets accepted.
