Have just had a delivery of two Cooke and Lewis carcass units, one a drawer unit and drawer boxes and the top drawer wouldn't fit. Phoned B&Q and was told it was the correct size and I should have the joiner go in to the local branch at Kilmarnock and have a look at the one they had on display to check he had the correct set up. The joiner duly did this and lo and behold when the sales assistant realised that the joiner knew what he was talking about,finally said that they had a few people complaining about the same thing and that the holes were drilled in the wrong place and he would have to drill his own holes. Thanks for nothing B&Q. Why don't they state this in the instructions or have a note on their system to inform people when they are making a purchase. The delivery took 17 days when all other deliveries have been within one or two days. Shocking service and I won't be purchasing anything further from B&Q.
