“Absolutely Awful!”

I've never recieved such bad customer service I'm my life and lack of understanding and empathy! Having paid a annual premium in full you would think that they would be grateful for my custom; instead they continuously send me texts threatening to camel my insurance for documents I have sent or explained I do not have! They have increased my premium twice already and when I ask for a refund the phone 'cuts out' on me!
Instead of making the process of choosing car insurance stress free and easy, they have made it difficult, annoying and financially demanding!
Have only just began with them and want to change already! Will be changing as soon as my year is done.

I will NEVER recommend!!!
