“Good service and Quick turnaround”

We've bought from Carcraft before, and having browsed the internet knew they had the type of car we wanted. We were pleasantly welcomed when we arrived. It was a little disconcerting to be the only customers at the time (Mid Week/Early morning). The salesman was knowledgeable about current stock and easily showed us around, he took the hint that we wanted to look around without being badgered but remained close enough to answer questions.

The test drive of the first car we considered went well, even though neither of us liked the car. The car we wanted was in stock, but sadly not the model and we were about to go elsewhere. However, we were told that the model we wanted was in another store, and they could get it for us to look at "as soon as we like", I took this as a joke and replied "how about this afternoon?". For £100 refundable deposit, the only condition being we must look at the car.

We went home and were due to return at five. The salesman kept in touch and let us know that the estimated time was going to be a little later, which was really nice of him. The car arrived, we liked it. A good deal was struck on part-ex, we bought it. The extras, warrantee/breakdown cover etc. make for really good value.
