“Whats in a name?”

Silent - thats whats in the name but definately not. We are on our second miracoil mattress in two years having had a replacement through Asda within the first twelve months of purchase. Now we have to deal directly with Silentnight as the second one has started to 'ping' and 'pop'. However, we now have to pay a percentage of the cost of replacement which is an insult given that the mattress is not fit for purpose. Silentnight also want to charge for the uplift of their parc (read backwards' from my house.Be warned'DO NOT BUY ANY SILENTNIGHT MATTRESS'. The products and aftersales are rubbish.
