Managed a good bargain for the new car.

Unfortunately,

1) Staff did not check I had the necessary documents for application of finance, causing me to have to worry about having the car taken back from me, and making a number of trips back to the branch to sort things out.

2) Staff did not explain beforehand the conditions of sale when taking on the financial agreement, meaning I had to pay for more than I expected after the price was agreed.
