I wanted to add data time to my daughters contract. Yesterday I spent half an hour waiting on hold and getting through to someone who told me that the system was down and would not be able to access data for a couple of hours. Customer service man assured me he would call me back a couple hours later. today I spent a further half hour waiting and being transferred to different departments to be told that now I was in a 24 hour period when the contract was in transition somewhere, and I would need to call back again tomorrow. At least he did''t pretend to want to help in any way and just told me I would need to call back. great. This will presumably take yet another half hour or so with no guarantee. I am actually trying to work. Vever had this problem with Tmobile.
