“phone came back damaged after repair ”

sent my Sony m2 for repair under warrantee it went back in new condition with the original screen protectors on
I was told it would be away for 5 days but it was away 2 weeks
and when I received it back the back was badly damage all they offered was a patch up cosmetic repair and to be without a phone for 2 weeks
which I am trying to claim compensation for there damages
with out success I would stay away from this firm try I have even got photos I have had an apology that all I would not recommend sbe thro Sony mobile
