“Hungryhouse Express Claims Rejected”

I ordered a takeaway from Hungryhouse (for the first ever time) and it took over an hour to arrive. The food was fine but, since Hungryhouse offer a 45 minute or less guarantee I went on the website to make a claim. I received a generic rejection response.

"We want inform you that your Hungryhouse Express claim has not been approved.

Unfortunately either the data on your submission form was incorrect, or your order was submitted outside of the standard 3-day claim period."

Neither of these were the case - I submitted my claim immediately and accurately and it seems ridiculous to me that they cannot even specify the reason for rejecting my claim.

Such a poor service. I will stick to other places in the future. The only reason I decided to try Hungryhouse was the 45 minute guarantee, so they've had me there!
