“Not trusted suppliers - be careful.”

I thought I would save some money by buying parts here instead of getting them elswhere. I bought a head lamp and a tail lamp for my car. I called the supplier beforehand to ask if the lamps are in good condition and explained why I needed to replace them. I received the parcel very quickly but after opening it I was very upset. The tail lamp was alright - cannot complain about it but the head lamp was even worse then the one I want to replace.. I wanted to replace mine as it was fogged and it influenced my visibility a lot. The one that I received was not only fogged but also scratched in 2 places (big scratches). I called the supplier complaining about it then the gentelman said he will refund it I just need to sent it back to him. This is what I did about 2 weeks ago. No money till now on my bank account. Called the supplier asking about the money and all I head is that they are short of staff, busy and he forgot to do it.
Even thouh, I find this website easy to use, I will never ever use it again. No worth the stress and money. Prefer to buy from trusted suppliers.
