Had halo the master chief collection preordered for about 3 months which did not arrive on release date. Forced to call the customer service line where I was on hold for about quarter of an hour to be told they don't know where my game is and they will ring me back...no ring back so forced to call customer line again, put on hold for another 20 minutes at my expense to be told the last person I spoke too had got it wrong and my game is waiting to be delivered by Royal Mail. Customer service assistants could not seem less interested and could not answer my question of "why did I bother preordering the game if it's not going to be delivered on time? I could of gone to a shop and had it by now".
