“Total let down Worth a ZERO”

booked a holiday as a present. Turns out the holiday didn't exist. Wowchers response 6 days before departure. We have no control over the offers we present but as a gesture of goodwill we will give you a refund of less than you paid. Oh and it has to be in wow her vouchers. Terrible service and customer services kept passing the buck saying complaints are better positioned to handle this. Will never use again Would give them a 0 but They don't allow it
