You do get brilliant service in branch, BUT try calling to get up dates on your order...impossible called today..the call is picked up automatically and tells you it is putting you through....but no one picks up & it drops the call after 20 ring tones....tried it solid for 15 minutes
7 calls & 140 ring ones later no response...emailed HO ... reply will be back in touch with 4 days....tried Leeds again TWICE 40 ring tones later NO RTESPONSE....called HO....had to wait 15 minutes to get though to complaint Dept....partly resolved THEY EMAILED THE BRANCH and asked them to contact us.......WHAT A SHAMBOLIC WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES
Conclusion....BUY IN STORE they are brillain BUT AVOID ORDERING INSTORE
