“Non existent after sale costumer service”

I ordered a product from Designer Sofas 4 You and paid over two weeks ago. This was an online order. I never received a confirmation email. I waited for two weeks and called to check on the delivery. I was told that someone would get back to me but no one did. Called two days later to be told that they no longer have that item in stock. Very disappointed that I had to chase and chase and no one even cared that they took nearly £600 plus £50 delivery fee for a product they no longer sell. To this day, the same product is advertised in their website, at even a lower price that the one i paid.
