“Scans were awful and manager hung up the phone on me”

I am a professional photographer and needed to get films prpcessed and scanned to CD asap on a saturday- Snappy snaps offer a 3 hour service, so i went there.
BIG MISTAKE.
The scans i got back had dust and hair particles on EVERY single one. All over them.
I complained to the store manager who was sorry but said she wasnt comfortable doing refunds over the phone so if i wanted one i'd have to come back in store.
Umm.... no. I have a job. I cant do that.

Then she referred me onto her manager. A guy called Ilhan, who at first seemed helpful and promised to refund me the next day when he was back in the office.

5 days later i had heard nothing.
I called and explained a customer shouldn't have to wait 5 days for a refund from poor product- Ilhan a) didnt remember my name and b) hung up the phone when i said i was upset.

Basically, if you want to receive good prints for your money, or want to be treated fairly with good customer service- don't go to Snappy Snaps.
