“*Sheilas Wheels* Update your documents? Don't even...”

Bad service
You cannot view your documents or print them online.
Too pricey for what they're offering.
Pay for documents? Errrrm...No!

I bought a new car so i obviously called and updated my documents. I called and changed. They SHOULD HAVE SENT ME MY NEW UPDATE DOCUMENTS RIGHT? ... well.. they didn't. it took over three months of phone calls. One would say it has been sent - false (how do i know this? Read on)
Another time they put me on hold for over twenty minutes.
Another time - the person said they'll send it BUT iiiiiii would have to pay for it? Um. Excuse me? I said no and told them that i updated, spoke to the manager (who was rude). The manager insisted they'd have it sent over to me within a few mins (i told them they have to send me it via email or fax as i am not waiting any longer) Guess what? They assured me once i get off the phone and the manager finishes their task they'd send it - NOTHING.

Funny....

The next time we spoke it was that i had a renewal - did i want to renew? They said they would send me the renewal documents and ONLY the schedule that i requested. Within two days the renewal arrived and so did the schedule - funny how when they want you to renew the damn documents arrive within a blink.


The customer service is rubbish too. They did not apologise at all for the inconvenience.
