“Terrible Service switching Electric/Gas Supplier to...”

I did the comparison on the 13th October and applied to switch. I had two important queries. Their form won't take joint names, so we raised a query when we received confirmation. Still not resolved at 6th November!

Also, they sent the wrong contract. We agreed on a fixed contract but they sent one that can be changed. We asked for them to send the correct contract on 15th Ocober and its now 6th November.

So, in 3.5 weeks they have done very little to resolve the query.

I sent a chase up email and a lady phoned a couple of weeks ago and I explained the two problems. She said they didn't wtite back on the first email as they were waiting for a reply from the electric/gas company, Extra Energy. I told the lady that it would be a good idea to keep customers informed and asked for an email to acknowledge their actions.

Despite that phone call, nothing has happened since. It seems I am changing contract and not been given the correct names on the contract or the correct contract that we signed up for. This company are a waste of time and it makes the process a hassle! I've more to do with my time quite frankly, so AVOID THEM or CHECK YOUR OWN PAPERWORK!
