Good Points
Great projection. Fat sound, especially after I put a Yamaha 16C4-GP mouthpiece on it.
I got a great deal on my trumpet. A local dealer knew I was looking for something different; he was right - and in comparison I could find nothing that matched the sound.

Bad Points
Fully loaded with the valve caps, etc. it's a workout for your arms.
Some of the welding looks poorly done. i.e. exposed solder.

General Comments
This is my first trumpet. I've played a King cornet that I bought for $50, for years. When I took a first chair in a community Jazz Band I needed to step up. This trumpet fits the bill. Ask of this trumpet what you will and it will deliver. I have yet to overpower it.
The clincher on this purchase was when the store attendant (who was not a trumpet player) gave me a blind listening test. Even in her hands, this trumpet spoke with authority.
