“Pleasantly Surprised”

First ever visit to Carcraft. Made to feel welcome. Listened to the usual sales pitch before getting down to the business of what I was there for. Really nice salesman, didn't feel under pressure to buy. Was left to browse which was good as I don't like to feel rushed. Asked a lot of questions before making a purchase. They sorted all the paperwork out and even let me sort out my insurance so I could drive my new car home. Overall, a very good first experience. The only negative was the sales pitch at the end which in fact turned out to be a sales guy trying to get me to take out extra insurance. Apart from that,I was well looked after throughout my visit. Happy customer.
