“Everyone should do it!”

The whole process has been an absolute pleasure and I am so impressed that I keep telling all people I know about it!!!! The estae agents on the highstreet are Dinosaurs! Housenetwork has made selling my house an ENJOYABLE experience! My account manger has 'held my hand' through the process and was always at the end of the phone line. If she was not available a colleague answered who was FULLY informed about my affairs and I never had to repeat myself. All instructions were carried out to the letter and I really felt that I had someone at my side. After the sale was agreed I had the biggest pleasure of calling the high street agent who told me that I am making a mistake by going with Housenetwork, to tell him that he is history! Not only was the sale process such a joy I also sold the house 35k above the asking price when the High Street agent was even doubtful that we achieve the asking price! Doing the showrounds ourselves was the best ! thing we could have done. People told us what a difference it makes to be shown around by the owners of the house. And it makes sense! I can talk about how it feels to live in this house, where the sun shines in on Sunday morning while having breakfast....etc. It makes a HUGE difference..
