“TERRIBLE COMPANY”

I tried to make a claim for damage on my buildings insurance, as a gully trap which was under my conservatory floor ( which I didnt know about ) had blocked & flooded the floor under the conservatory floorboards. I was told this was classed as accidental damage, and I didn't have cover for this so they wouldnt pay out. When I cancelled my insurance, they told me there was a £25 handling fee - and even better, it will take TEN DAYS for the money to be returned to my account.
Avoid this company at all costs.
