“Total lack of care”

I ordered a product from this company from an email received from them.
The goods were a buy it now and I paid through paypal. T|he goods never arrived so I emailed WOWCHER to find out where my goods were. I did get a reply which stated that I had ordered after the voucher cut off date. (bearing in mind I ordered within 2 days of getting the email).
I then replied to this and asked that my money be refunded. Guess what ?? They stated that in their small print they do not issue refunds on items purchased after the voucher had run out so I am out of pocket. I even tried to get a refund through paypal but this was declined as well.
I would say to anyone BE VERY VERY CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I have only given one star because it is a required field
