“Top money for rubbish quality!!”

We decided to go with a company that we thought were the best. We paid nearly £1,600 for a new frontdoor to save on heating bills. Door looked nice but they had the wrong handle ( not the one we had chosen) so we had to have one out of the van which was secondhand We have had to have an engineer out 4/5 times already because the door keeps coming loose, wind blows through the keyhole which we have been told there is nothing that can be done.We were told we would feel the difference when our new door was fitted and but this is not the case. Think if I dropped a feather behind the door it would blow to the top of our stairs. In my opinion way over priced for bad quality.
