I'm absolutely disgusted, i applied for a phone with no added fee charge i then received an email 24 hours later telling me that they cannot go any further until i pay a fee that they say the network requires. they told me to contact them asap so i did for 3 days that was costing me 15p per minute, being placed on hold not even getting through to anyone, they also told me that they would contact me the day after to go through see what i can do but yet again i have not had a phone call or no contact from no one!
