“Sixt, Worst Customer Service”

I booked a car with Sixt 2 weeks prior to my arrival in London. The pickup was booked for 11:00am on a Sunday morning. The other major rental car company offices were closed so this was the reason I used Sixt. At 10:30 that sunday morning the Sixt receptionist rang to say they didn't have a vehicle available as they had only received my booking from head office that morning. Bad luck. I found this hard to believe and became somewhat irate as I needed a vehicle. The girl rang me back 15mins later saying she had found a vehicle and to come and pick it up. What a piece of rubbish vehicle.
I also asked the receptionist where at Heathrow airport I could drop the vehicle off at. Apparently my english is poor as she was unable to tell me. I stupidly used the Sixt icon that came up when I did a google location search.
It indicated I could drop the vehicle off near Terminal 3. Wrong. It took me 30mins and 2 phone calls (they disconnected me) with call transfers before I found out where to drop the vehicle off at. It's nowhere near Terminal 3. I will never use or recommend this Rental Car company again.
