We order laminated flooring and after waiting 10 working days, I called to find out that our item its not longer available. No one didnt called to let us know!!!
We asked for full refund and same situation- waiting more that ten working days and the money still not in our account!
So Please have all this in mind, the customer service is rubish,they never there for you

We never experienced such a service before
Worse company ever....
