Hi,
According to UPS(1ZX0565R0498316476) my ticket(id:4725881) is being held in Leeds for a few days and cannot be delivered because of some reason. Since I would not be Hong Kong after 04NOV, I am sending this email to request for a redirection of my tickets to the hotel in London. The redirection CAN ONLY BE DONE my Viagogo according to UPS!
Please help before it is too late. Viagogo are selling tickets as well as services to their customers. You should try the best to help and you take the responsibility in this case. "We are under no obligation to replace these tickets, or refund you." is not a good answer to solve my problem!
Please redirect the tickets to me or give me a replacement with the same recipient name and the new address is as follow,
Hotel address : Rembrandt, London, 11 Thurloe Place, London, GB
Please keep me informed and I am looking forwards to your help. Thank you.
