“WINE MEMORIES - Thank you”

I ordered a bottle of 50 year old wine for a friends upcoming birthday in plenty of time - Three days before the party I realised we hadn't seen the present & so I tried to contact Wine Memories by telephone but got no answer!
While on hold, I sent them an email to which I got a response within 5 minutes detailing when it was delivered 7 who signed for it.

I had it delivered to work but when it arrived it was not opened by a colleague but placed in the company warehouse in a pile of similar looking boxes!

Soon resolved & thank you for a great service - I wasn't expecting the accessories which came with the box (corkscrew, collar & funnel) which is a major bonus & I'm sure this gift will be greatly appreciated by the birthday boy.
