“Really Good Sweaters !!”

I came across the "Woolovers" while searching for good quality sweaters on google and decided to place an order. I have to say that the quality as well as the fit are very good. Also, for each sweater they have lots of different colors to choose from. To date, I have purchased 5 sweaters from Woolovers and I am very satisfied with all of them. I recommended woolovers to my parents and my mom bought sweaters for herself and my dad and even she was very happy with them.

The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that I have to wait 9 days for them to arrive in Canada from the UK after I place the order, and the regular shipping option does not have the tracking option. But then again, 10 dollars for shipping is not that bad.

The customer service agent on live chat even gave me a discount the first time I made a purchase, as a welcome gift!

Overall experience: Very Good!
