Well Tesco what a performance took out insurance and fridge/freezer broke and phoned today to sort it out and my husband called them first after not being happy with what he was being told i took the call over first he said my husband was lying and would have to listen to the call back.he called back and said oh you are right sorry about that yeah right and now being told that the insurance cant come out for 7 days so without a fridge/freezer all that time and was told tough you have to wait.After saying what am i supposed to keep things cold was told try and borrow one.Wont be renewing or will i recommend they take far to long to sort things out.
