“a company that cant deliver”

this company is a waste of time my parcel has been sat at the local depot for 4 days without being loaded on one of there so called 5000 vans this is due to one of two things no one knows how to drive or no one has an idea on how to lift a parcel onto a van and when contacted the company they cant evan tell me why my parcel wasn't put on a van to be delivered this company is a f/ing joke
